Riccardo is Director of Human Capital & Family Leadership at AWM Capital. He is dedicated to bringing a first-class experience to all AWM Capital clients to help families be successful in achieving their life goals.
As a former College Character Coach, FBS Football Coach & Lead Pastor, Riccardo brings a diverse perspective and experience that will help assist clients to navigate the complexities of football, family, and life.
Education and Football
Riccardo graduated from Bakke Graduate University with a Master of Arts in Global Urban Leadership.
He played football at Arizona State University where he was a four-year starter, team captain and three-time All-Conference honoree. Riccardo has always been around the game of football.
After playing college football, he served as a youth football coach, high school football coach, six years as the Character Coach with Arizona State football team and for two seasons he coached Defensive Backs at the University of Nevada.
It has long been Riccardo's desire to use the game of football as an opportunity to lead, develop, and inspire men to grow as leaders in their family and community.
Personal Life
Riccardo and his wife Holly were both raised in California. Holly was a college soccer player at Arizona State University where they met. They have two boys, Noah and Eli.
Riccardo enjoys watching his kids play sports, laughing, hanging with friends, and watching ASU sports.
