Debbie is the Senior Principal Consultant at ACA Group, a worldwide leader in compliance consulting services. In her role as AWM’s consultant, she also serves as the firm’s Outsourced Chief Compliance Officer.
Debbie helps navigate the complex regulatory environment to ensure AWM operates within the scope of relevant rules and regulations.
Prior to the transition to the consulting world, Debbie spent 8 years with an Atlanta-based investment adviser gaining industry knowledge and expertise in operations, trading, technology, financial planning, asset allocation, and wealth management.
Career in Compliance
Debbie has been providing regulatory services and support to the investment advisory community since 2004. Over the years, her clientele included financial planners, wealth managers, hedge funds, mutual fund advisers, institutional managers, pension consultants, and real estate managers.

Education
Debbie graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.A. in Economics.
Personal Life
Debbie resides in Atlanta, GA, and has three children on the brink of adulthood. She is a triathlete and spends most of her free time swimming, biking, or running. She also enjoys mountain biking, gardening, and foraging wild plants. She has an appreciation for good food, good wine, and good bourbon, which are always better when shared with good friends.
