Career in Financial Industry:
Baraka is committed to delivering VIP service and assistance to all AWM clients and team members. He is striving towards the CFP designation in the near future to further these efforts.
Prior to AWM, Baraka worked as the Internal Auditor, AVP at a regional Bank out of Lubbock, Texas.
Education:
Baraka received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Louisiana State University with a specialization in Internal Audit from the nation’s top-ranked pilot program.
He received his Master of Science in Personal Financial Planning at Texas Tech University, the largest and top-ranked program in the nation. Within the program, he received certificates in Charitable Planning & Life-Centered Planning.
Personal life:
Baraka lives in Phoenix, AZ with his wife Brandy and son Bradyn. Brandy is an Administrative Assistant for a non-profit mission organization Share International Inc.
Baraka enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling to new places on road trips, running, watching LSU football, good music and the outdoors…especially when those last two are combined.
